2 guajillo chiles
5 plum tomatoes
2 garlic gloves
I.5 Lb pork for stew
2 tablespoon of white vinegar
First clean the chiles and put them in hot water for 30 min or in water and microwave for 5 min
Get the blander and add the tomatoes, garlic, onion, salt and the chiles. And blend.
In a large pan season the pork with garlic powder and sal. Cook the pork and strain the sauce add the white vinager and add it to the pork.
Turn the oven at 400 degrees and let the pork finish cooking there for 30 min or until the meat it soft.
Serve with white rice or tortillas.
